By making a donation to Citrine Impact Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Tax-Exempt Status
   Citrine Impact Inc. is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

2. Donor Acknowledgment
   Donors will receive a receipt which will include our EIN acknowledging the contribution for their records and for tax purposes. It is your responsibility to retain this receipt and consult with your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your donation.

3. Recurring Donations
   If you choose to make a recurring donation, you authorize Citrine Impact, Inc. to charge your selected payment method at the frequency you choose. You may cancel or modify your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at impact@citrineangels.com.

4. Refund Policy
   Donations are non-refundable. If you believe an error has been made in connection with your donation, please contact us at [insert contact email or phone number], and we will review the situation promptly.

5. Use of Donations
   Donations will be used to support the mission and programs of Citrine Impact Inc., at the discretion of the organization.
