Meet the Angels: Lisa Conners Vogt

Lisa Conners Vogt, founder of Ever Better Coaching and Consulting, recently joined Citrine Angels after attending pitch meetings as a guest last year. Learn more about her, as well as her upcoming plans to live in Paris for a month!

Why did you join Citrine Angels?

I joined Citrine in March 2022 after attending meetings as a guest in 2021. I joined to be more immersed in the startup world and to be in community with women who are big thinkers and risk takers – this includes Citrine members and venture founders. As an Executive Coach, I specialize in working with founders and co-founder teams and my clients are often angel investors themselves. As a Citrine member, I’m able to view my clients’ experiences through a different lens.

I didn’t think I would be able to become an angel investor this early in my life because I often hear from other angels that they invest a minimum of $50k. I appreciate the opportunity to join with other women to invest a minimum of $5k.

What has been your biggest professional achievement?

After a 30+ year career with corporations, non-profits, consulting, and my own business that I operated for seven years, I became a full-time Executive and Leadership Coach, and I’ve never been happier! I continue to evolve my understanding of how to best serve my clients and am rewarded every day by witnessing their accomplishments and breakthroughs.

What are you most looking forward to in the next year?

I recently bought tickets to see Pink perform in Paris in June 2023! I’m planning to live and work there for at least four weeks. I have been studying French and considering where to live. I love an adventure!
